The Castello Orsini is a stunning medieval castle where you do get the impression of travelling back in time - sleeping here is an experience not to be missed. Facilities are not up to standard however I cannot complain as I took advantage of a fantastic offer due to the fact they changed my reservation. The castle is indeed unique and the hotel staff very courteous.

It is fantastic to stay at an old building like this and the view was fantastic. There is not much going around in the nearby village and no other places to have dinner nearby.
The room was a bit worn down with small windows. It would also have been perfect if there had been some heating on the pool - it was very cold and in the shadow during the afternoon in September. The cost of the dinner at the Castle was quite high compared to what we got.

Loved the way my classic queen room was arranged with fire place, specatacular views, as example. The food was excellant with a huge variety of alternatives. The stuff was gentle, excellent, and responded promptly to requests.

All the staff was absolutely charming, fixed my issues. I had individual and beautiful room except for bathrobe. It was nice to have an individual safe, air conditioning, and a mini-bar...

I recently stayed at Castello Orsini for a weekend getaway and it was truly a unique experience. This 10th century castle provides an authentic historical atmosphere. The staff were helpful and the food was delicious, especially dinner and wine. One evening, I walked down the hill to the small town and enjoyed a beer with the locals while watching kids play soccer. The castle itself was amazing to explore, with beautiful grounds and stunning views from the large balcony area. a worthwhile and memorable stay.
Totally recommend this hotel.

We had an incredible weekend at a genuine thousand, year, old castle atop a hillside, overlooking beautiful valleys. the history of the castle was everywhere, with the restaurant located in the original kitchen and the views from the sunning area and pool being breathtaking. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, particularly the delicious homemade salamis. Surprisingly, the WiFi worked flawlessly, a welcome touch in such a historic setting. Our room was charming, with lovely, classic decor and a comfortable bed.
The front, desk staff could have been more welcoming and accommodating, but it didn't detract too much from our overall experience at this unique and historic location.

Beautiful Castle, Lovely Views
The castle we stayed in during our city break was amazing. Everywhere you look there is so much history and charm. The views from our room were stunning as well. It was a great experience staying in a castle that has such an old-world feel to it. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel was lacking in certain aspects. They did not have many facilities so we were often left bored when we weren't out exploring.
